• Scope of Work: All services and deliverables will be clearly outlined in a separate Proposal or Project Scope document provided to you before we begin work.
• Payments: Payment terms (including advances, milestones, and total costs) will be established in the project proposal. Non-payment of milestones may result in paused development or delayed delivery.
• Refunds: Advance payments made towards customized digital products, software development, or third-party server hosting are non-refundable once the work has commenced or third-party expenses have been incurred, except in specific situations mentioned in your service contract.

4. Free AI Tools and Estimators

• The cost estimator provides rough, ballpark estimates and does not represent a legally binding quote.
